Ekatm Refund & Return Policy
At Ekatm, we take pride in offering authentic and high-quality spiritual products. Since many of our items hold sacred value, we follow a strict no-return policy, with limited exceptions for damaged or incorrect orders. Please read our refund and exchange terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Exchange & Refund
We do not accept returns, but we offer exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:
- Exchange: If the product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send the correct item as a replacement.
- Refund: Refunds are only applicable for prepaid orders where the customer received an incorrect item. COD orders are eligible for a store coupon instead.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized products and idols/pooja essentials that have been placed in a temple or used for worship cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- If an idol or pooja product is reported defective, we will verify before processing an exchange.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims
To process any refund or exchange request, the customer must provide an unboxing video as proof.
Important Notice:
- We have pasted a “Please Make a Video Before Opening the Parcel” sticker on all shipments.
- If a customer fails to record a video and later claims a damaged or incorrect product, we will not be responsible, as the sticker serves as prior notice.
How to Record the Video:
- Start recording before making any cuts or opening the parcel.
- Show the shipping label and the package from all sides.
- Record the entire unboxing process without pausing, ensuring all contents are visible.
- Clearly show any defects, damages, or incorrect items received.
Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Return & Exchange Process
- Request Submission
- Raise a request within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@ekatm.store
- Attach the unboxing video and order details for verification.
- Pickup & Return Shipping
- If a return is required, we will arrange a pickup for the customer.
- The product must be in original packaging, unused, and with all accessories intact. The box must be in good condition.
- Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
4. Refund & Coupon Policy
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via direct bank transfer after verification.
- COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued as a coupon code of the same value, valid for 6 months.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be completed within 3-7 business days after approval.
- Restocking Fee: A 5% deduction applies to refunds due to administrative costs.
- Shipping Costs: Refunds apply only to the product value; shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Failed Deliveries & Reshipment
- If a package is undelivered due to customer unavailability or issues with the delivery partner, the customer must pay the reshipping cost.
- If the customer refuses delivery, no refund will be provided.
6. International Orders
- We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders.
Exception for Prepaid Orders (For Akhand Diya with wick lifting Only)
For customers who have placed prepaid orders, we offer a no-questions-asked return and refund policy for diyas. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it, and we will initiate a full refund once we receive the item back.

A proper unboxing and repacking video is mandatory.
We’ll refund your amount after receiving the product.
A 5% deduction will be made for administrative and shipping charges.
