Ekatm Cancellation Policy

At Ekatm, we strive to process and deliver your orders quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. ✅ Order Cancellation Before Shipping:
   • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@ekatm.store or during our manual verification call for COD orders.
   • Prepaid orders will be fully refunded within 3-7 business days.
2. ✅ Order Cancellation After Shipping:
   • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you received the wrong product, our Refund & Exchange Policy applies.
3. ✅ COD Order Verification & Cancellation:
   • All COD orders are manually verified via call before confirmation, which may cause a slight delay in shipment.
   • You can cancel your COD order during the verification call if needed.
   • Frequent COD order cancellations may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.
